It's Giving Spring
time of the season...
Hey beautiful people,
Spring is here — and so am I.
There’s something about this season that always calls me back to myself. The air shifts, things start to bloom again, and I feel this quiet nudge to reconnect, to slow down, and to pour into the people and things that matter most. That’s exactly why I’m showing up in your inbox today.
I have a few things I want to share with you, and I hope at least one of them lands exactly where you need it.
First — the Collective Reset Weekend
I want to tell you about something really special that’s happening. The Collective Reset Weekend is a retreat created specifically for women of color to rest, be restored, and reconnect with themselves. I am so passionate about this event and I’m personally working to make sure that women who want to attend but can’t afford to are still able to go.
If you feel called to attend or to contribute to the Angel Fund to help sponsor someone’s spot, Here are the details. Just reply or reach out — no pressure, only love.
Second — I got interviewed!
I was recently featured in Voyage Houston and I honestly loved getting the chance to share my story, my work, and what drives me. If you want to get to know me a little deeper or just need something inspiring to read with your morning tea, go check it out. Here is my full interview with Voyage Houston.
That’s it for today. Short, sweet, and from the heart.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading. And welcome to Spring — may it bring you exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
With love,
Inga The Yoga Goddess

This post is definitely giving Spring 🪷 and I love Spring. There’s something about this season that always feels like hitting the reset button and a deep fresh breath of air.
This interview though … wow. You truly hit that out of the park. Your story is powerful, layered, and so deeply rooted in lived experience. The way you shared your journey through survival, healing, and building something meaningful is incredibly inspiring.
I especially loved the part about movement becoming your medicine and discipline becoming devotion. That really is staying with me.
You’re building something beautiful with The Healing Collective, and it’s clear that everything you offer comes from authenticity and heart. Thank you for sharing your story so openly🫶🏽
